When faced with a potential project or opportunity or thought or idea or option, we should ask three questions. Crucially, the questions must be asked in their proper order as follows:
1. Is this God's will?
2. Is this God's will for us?
3. How are we going to make this happen?
If you start with question 3, you jeopardize hearing the answers to the first two questions. If you obey the correct order, and are satisfied that God wants you to do it, then question 3 becomes answered as a matter of course.
