A minimum fringe

I long to be part of a church where the majority are the contributors and the minority are not. In fact, I envisage the contributors being a concentric circle just less than the outer circle representing the total number in the church.

In particular, I dream of a church where the majority tithe and the majority come to corporate prayer times. I will then feel like we are hitting some sort of form.
