I have this crazy dream that only God should be exalted in the church. This is a high hope. How is it to be obtained? I imagine there will be a great deal of humility involved. Men who set themselves on this path are bound to suffer a heavy humbling at the hands of God. There are bound to be strategies that are going to be counter-intuitive to the flesh. This is a daring escapade. God might actually take me up on my prayer. And then He will reduce me in size that my prayer might be appropriately answered.
On that Day He alone will be exalted. Surely we should live in consistency with that Day now.
