The hallmark of sanctification

"Though He slay me, yet will I hope in Him." - Job 13:15

God allows in His wisdom what He is able to prevent in His sovereignty.

Those He elects, He ruthlessly perfects.

He is the Master of Time and Chance. They do His bidding. Fate - by any other name - is the lackey of God.

He cannot slay you, but He allows the vicissitudes of Life to collide with you.

Those being truly sanctified, reckon God as righteous - despite the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune.

We are justified as He reckons us righteous. We are sanctified when we reckon God righteous... in the midst of our circumstances.

To reckon Him as righteous, notwithstanding the pain we experience, is to depend on His character and nature.

The sanctified man rises above the milieu of common events to find God and thus to locate Hope.

Everything about God screams Hope.

You have hope if you want it. For with God, there is always Hope.
