Blessed are the meek

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Meekenss is the state where you feel a complete lack of a need to defend yourself. Meek people do not have to justify themselves. Meek people believe that God is their defender, and that God will fight and succeed for them. Meek people trust God on a level that other people do not. Meek people trust God with a most valuable thing: One's reputation. Meek people allow God to establish and protect their reputation.

To be truly meek, you have to be more concerned with God's reputation than your own reputation.

Meek people wait on God, trust in God, commit their way to God, allow God to fulfill their dreams and desires. Meek people depend on God to succeed for them. Meek people are preoccupied with God's cause. Meek people are more interested in defending the Kingdom and building the Kingdom than they are with defending their own lot and their own domain.

Meek people have a great inheritance. Meek people will be rewarded for their utter confidence in God. Meek people will receive the earth in the afterlife, when the new heavens and the new earth are brought about by God as the eternal playground of His people.
